How would I Play B minor on guitar If I had a capo on the 3rd fret?

I know how to play b minor it's just for this song I'm playing it's
messing with me. (your guardian angel - red jumpsuit apparatus)
Anyway Since B minor, you don't play the E string, and I have a capo
on I'm a little confused where/how to play that.
