Is it possible for me to get perfect pitch? and how if possible?

I've just heard that perfect pitch gives your musical experience
color. Also what do people mean by the color of music do they mean
ACTUAL color inside of your head for each note? Please go into more
detail for thank you 5 stars for best answer and BTW I'm 15, is 15 an
alright age to try to get perfect pitch as people say you have to be
REALLY young?

Also I play guitar and piano also a bit of singing?
